What are your terms and conditions?

How quickly will my order be despatched?
If an order is received before 2pm Monday to Thursday it will be despatched for next day delivery. This is based on the presumption that items are in stock.

How are your goods despatched?
99% of our orders are despatched via a courier who will deliver next working day between 9am and 5pm, the goods will need to be signed for. If you are not there a card will be left for you to arrange an alternative delivery date.

What are your postage charges?
Postage is £4.95

How can I pay?
Secure credit card payment can be taken online and all major credit cards and debit cards are accepted. If you would prefer not to put your personal details online you can send your order through the website without your credit card details and then send a cheque or pay by credit card over the phone.

Am I VAT Exempt?
A number of our products are entitled to VAT Exemption, these products are indicated on our website, to claim VAT you must declare that you are chronically sick or disabled and that you are receiving the goods for your personal use. This exemption can be found at the checkout stage of your order. We do understand that sometimes you are ordering such products on the behalf of a chronically sick or disabled friend or relative, in this case you can declare the VAT Exemption on their behalf.

Can I have the order sent to a different address?
Yes, this is not a problem, when you checkout you state your address as the main address, this is where the invoice will be sent to and you provide a separate address for where you want the goods delivered to.

What happens if an item is out of stock?
It is rare for us to be out of stock but if for some reason we are we will inform you immediately and endeavour to find you a suitable alternative and if that is not possible you will be provided with a new delivery date.

What if the product is faulty or incorrect?
If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, simply contact our friendly team on freephone 0800 9800 150 to obtain a Returns number. Unfortunately returns will not be accepted without a valid Returns number.

Do you have special offers?
We do sometimes have special offers, these appear as featured products throughout our website. Alternatively you can contact us on 0870 870 7140 to confirm what special offers we have.

Are your products waterproof?
The entire All weather range in the Simplantex brochure and on our website is 100% waterproof, not only is our fabric waterproof but all of our products are seam sealed please be aware of other companies that state 100% waterproof fabric, this is a marketing ploy to trick you in to believing the garment is waterproof. Quite simply if the product is not seam sealed it is not waterproof!

I am having trouble fitting a product, what should I do?
We understand that our products can be a little fiddly sometimes and for that we apologise, we are always trying to find new ways to make them simpler, however if you get stuck just call us and we will try our very best to help.

I ordered a product a couple of days ago and it has not arrived, what should I do?
If for some reason you have not received your order please call us because all orders are generally despatched for next day delivery, if you have not received it may be that we never received the order.

I have ordered online but I have not received an email confirmation, what should I do?
This can mean one of two things either your email address is incorrect or a system error has occurred and we have not received the order, so if you do not receive an email confirmation please call us immediately.

I have received my email confirmation but realise that I have made a mistake, what should I do?
The best thing to do is call us immediately, however please be aware to offer next day delivery our despatch are very prompt so be quick!

I have ordered a Simplantex product from a different company or shop and it is faulty or unsuitable, what should I do?
Unfortunately if you did not order the product from us we are unable to assist. Please contact the company that you purchased the product from and they will be more than happy to help.

I want to add to my order, what should I do?
The best thing to do is call us immediately, however please be aware to offer next day delivery our despatch are very prompt so be quick!
